Hi Alex, The family are at Haddocks Buildings, Westoe, Durham in 1881. The
ref is piece 5017, folio 30, page 54. Alexander Slesser, coal trimmer, 33,
b Scotland; Mary A.Slesser, wife, 35, b Scotland; William Slesser, 14;
Margaret M.D.Slesser, 12; John Slesser, 11; Christiana, 8; all above
children b in Scotland, then Mary J.Slesser, 7, b Newcastle, Northumberland;
and the following all b in South Shields, Durham, Alexander Slesser, 5;
George Slesser, 4; Thomas Slesser, 2, Eliza Slesser, 1 month. FamilySearch
is down at the moment so I couldn't check the birthdates. Regards, Carol
