There is a Blackburn in Speymouth, Moray. It is north of Orbliston Junction
along the old London, Midland and Scottish Railway.
My great-grandfather John Russell lived/died there at Blackburn Cottage.
He is buried at Essil Churchyard in Garmouth. My father Albert Russell was
born and raised north of Blackburn at Wester Bauds [a farm] I was able to
visit the old home on a trip to Scotland in 1998.
