When I took early retirement from these local authorities in 1996 I absolved
myself from all responsibility for the results. The library service covers
exactly the same area, but changed its name from NESLS to ALIS, and
completely altered its structure to fit the new political regime.
I'll stick to old historical records - they don't change!
