Looking for anecdotal information, photographs, or diaries mentioning the skirmish between the Texas Rangers and units of the 18th Ohio at the Manchester and McMinnville Railroad August 29, 1862. Desperately need photo, if one exists, of Captain W. Y. Houston who was killed during the skirmish. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
