I am new to your list but an looking for information about Willis Hardy. He served with General Nathan Bedford Forrest. Willis admired General Forrest so much that he asked his wife to name their unborn child after the general. Willis did not live to see this son and I am having trouble finding information about his service during the Civil War. If this mailing list can direct me to sources of information, I would appreciate it very much.
