Yeah the British ministry messing with Colonial politics was a big part of
the war. One has to remember also that the common pioneer of 1775 was, like
many today, subject to being led somewhat by press coverage and even
West(ern) Virginia settlers were inflamed by the news coverage of the
Intolerable Acts
